ACG Metals Limited (“ACG” or the “Company”) announces that its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held on 15 October 2026 at 2 p.m. (WEST; BST) at W Rome, Via Liguria 26, 00187 Rome, Italy and virtually via https://meetings.lumiconnect.com/100-536-754-569.

The Notice of Meeting (the “Notice”), which includes instructions on the process for appointing a proxy or submitting a form of direction (as appropriate), will be mailed or made available to shareholders shortly and is also available to download from the Company’s website at: https://acgmetals.com/regulatory-news/.

Shareholders are encouraged to read the Notice in full for details of the resolutions to be proposed and how they can attend and/or cast votes at the AGM.
