Board leadership and composition

The Board is collectively responsible for the long-term success of the Group. It sets ACG Metals’ strategic aims, ensures that the necessary financial and human resources are in place to meet its objectives, and provides leadership within a framework of prudent and effective controls that enable risk to be assessed and managed.

The Board comprises Executive and Non-Executive Directors, including independent Non-Executive Directors, who collectively have extensive experience of mining, capital markets, M&A and ESG considerations. Biographies of each Director are available on the Management page.

Monitors the integrity of the Group’s financial statements, reviews internal financial controls and risk management, and oversees the relationship with the external auditors.
