First Copper Concentrate Production at Gediktepe

ACG Metals has produced its first copper concentrate at the Gediktepe Mine in Türkiye. The concentrate was delivered on 31 August 2026, marking the start of the ramp-up to copper production and the conclusion of the Sulphide Expansion Project’s commissioning phase.

The milestone was achieved safely, and on budget.

Two years after acquiring Gediktepe, ACG has transformed a single-stream gold and silver heap-leach operation into a copper producer. The Sulphide Expansion adds copper and zinc concentrates to the production profile, with gold and silver as by-products, and delivers the Company’s transition from a precious metals operation to a diversified copper producer.

The operation is now progressing from commissioning into ramp-up. Focus turns to increasing throughput, optimising plant performance and advancing towards full production by the end of 2026.
